really great hotel stay
excellent shower comfortable bed varied selection
i was in room 509 for several nights, a great space which completely met my needs. the bathroom and shower were excellent, the bed was very comfortable. breakfast offered a varied selection and really set me up for the day. the staff provided excellent support and service during my entire stay.
the hotel entrance was difficult, trash was scattered around, and homeless people were sleeping outside, an unpleasant sight. the area felt unsafe and quite dirty. i hope they can improve this situation.

the hotel is centrally positioned near main tourist sites in the historic center. its superb location allows easy walking to many restaurants and transportation options. a supermarket is available on a lower floor for convenience.

The hotel is close to the main attractions in the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their recommendations for local sites. the rooms were cleaned daily, a nice touch, and breakfast offered good choices, especially if i arrived early.
the elevators were small, causing slight delays during peak hours.

excellent location helpful staff variety of food small room missing fridge leaking cups
The location was SUPERB, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff seemed competent and helpful . Breakfast offered a variety of food, nice to see.
The room felt rather small. There was NO fridge, quite inconvenient. there were NO water glasses, only paper cups, and they leaked quickly.
